1. Delivery method
After a verified successful payment, the secure thank-you page displays the TaxKit ITR and GST/TDS guide links. The same access information is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Orders containing the optional Filing Review & Notice Preparation Pack — 2026 Edition also receive its separate folder link.
2. Expected timing
On-screen access normally appears immediately after Cashfree returns the paid order to the website. Transactional email usually follows shortly afterwards, but internet, mail-provider or payment delays may occur.
3. What you need
You need a working email address, internet access, a browser capable of opening Google Drive links, and compatible software to edit Word, Excel and PDF files. You are responsible for saving a personal working copy and keeping the download link secure.
4. If the email does not arrive
First use the access button on the verified thank-you page. Then check Spam, Promotions and other filtered folders, confirm the checkout email address and allow a few minutes. If access is still unavailable, contact swarnendumaity633@gmail.com with the order ID and payment email.
5. Link and service availability
Files are hosted through Google Drive. We may replace a link or delivery provider to maintain access. Do not publicly share access links. If a genuine purchaser loses access, support may verify the order before resending the correct link.
