1. Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the name, email address and mobile number you enter, together with order details such as the products selected, amount, currency, payment status and order reference. We do not ask for or store your complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials.
We may also receive basic technical information associated with website requests, such as browser type, device type, IP address, referring page and timestamps, where this is provided through hosting, security or analytics services.
2. How we use information
- To create and verify your Cashfree order.
- To release the correct download links after successful payment.
- To send transactional access and support emails through Resend.
- To prevent fraud, diagnose errors and protect the website.
- To measure advertising performance through Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
- To meet applicable legal, accounting and recordkeeping obligations.
3. Payments and delivery providers
Cashfree processes the payment and returns order and payment status information to us. Resend processes the email address and delivery-email content needed to send your product access. Google Drive hosts the downloadable product files. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
4. Meta Pixel and Conversions API
This website uses Meta Pixel ID 1508785573710592 to record page visits and checkout events. After Cashfree independently verifies a paid order, a Purchase event is sent through the browser and server-side Conversions API. The event contains the order value, INR currency, product identifiers and item count. Browser and server events use the same event ID so Meta can deduplicate them.
For server-side purchase matching, the checkout email address, Indian mobile number and customer identifier are normalised and irreversibly SHA-256 hashed before transmission. Where Meta supplies them, the _fbp and _fbc identifiers may also be included. We do not send payment credentials to Meta.
Meta may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ads, attribute conversions and produce advertising reports or audiences. Information Meta receives may be connected with your Meta account according to Meta’s policies and controls. You may use browser controls, clear site storage or use Meta’s advertising controls.
5. Sharing and sale of information
We share information only with service providers needed to operate checkout, delivery, hosting, security, support and consented measurement; where required by law; or to protect users and the service. We do not sell customer contact information.
6. Retention and security
Order and communication records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we control, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. You may also use browser privacy controls and Meta’s advertising controls to manage advertising cookies and personalisation.
8. Children and policy updates
The product is intended for business owners and professionals, not children. We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date on this page.
