Refunds & cancellations

A fair policy for instant digital access.

Because access is released immediately after payment verification, digital purchases are handled differently from physical goods.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Before payment

You can close the checkout or decline the optional add-on before paying. No order is created as paid until Cashfree confirms a successful transaction.

2. Change-of-mind requests

Once successful payment has been verified and download access has been displayed or emailed, change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are generally not available because the digital product has been supplied and cannot be returned.

3. When we will review a refund

We will review requests involving:

  • A duplicate charge for the same intended order.
  • A successful charge where access was not supplied and support could not restore it.
  • Files that are materially inaccessible or corrupted and cannot be replaced.
  • An incorrect amount charged because of a demonstrable technical error.
  • Any refund required under applicable consumer law.

4. How to request help

Email swarnendumaity633@gmail.com promptly with your order ID, payment email, payment date and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords or other banking credentials. We may request reasonable information needed to locate and verify the transaction.

5. Resolution and processing

We will first try to restore correct access where that resolves the issue. If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method through the payment provider. The time taken for the amount to appear is controlled by the bank, card network, UPI provider or payment service.

6. Add-on orders

The ₹49 Filing Review & Notice Preparation Pack — 2026 Edition is a separate digital product selected during checkout. The same conditions apply once its access link is released. An accidentally selected add-on should be reported immediately; eligibility depends on whether access was already supplied and applicable law.
